BIGWEB Digital (“BIGWEB”, “we”) runs this website and sells the services on it. This page says what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to reach us about it. Questions or requests: hello@bigwebdigital.com.

What we collect, and why

• Forms and enquiries. When you send a brief, reserve a plan or request the Snapshot: your name, work email, and anything you choose to add (company, website, phone, message, plan contents). We use it to reply, scope and deliver the work.
• Purchases. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us your name, email, billing details you enter, what you bought and the amount, and the website you ask us to review.
• The free Answer Test. The address you test and the result. Each result is saved under a private, hard-to-guess link so it can be shared; results are never listed or indexed. If you ask us to email a report, we also keep your name and email.
• Analytics, without consent. Optional visitor analytics is off until you allow it. Declining or switching analytics off stops the visitor tracker.
• Analytics, with your consent. If you turn analytics on, we also store a random visitor ID in your browser’s local storage (bw_vid) to recognise return visits, and record your city and screen size. You can switch this off at any time in the site footer; switching it off deletes that ID.
• Security. To stop abuse of forms and tools, we briefly use your network address to limit how often requests can be sent.

We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as a “no” to analytics unless you turn analytics on yourself.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — our database, where enquiries, analytics and saved reports are stored.
• Stripe — card payments, receipts and invoices.
• Resend — sending email, such as replies, receipts and requested reports.
• Upstash — short-lived rate-limit counters.
• Our hosting provider — serves the website and supplies the approximate location used in analytics.
• Cal.com — if you choose to book a call, it receives the booking details you enter.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to respond, deliver and account for the work, and for any period the law requires for financial records. Saved Answer Test reports and analytics are kept until we no longer need them to run and improve the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@bigwebdigital.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA, Québec’s Law 25 and Nigeria’s Data Protection Act give you these rights, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
