The site finally lets prospects understand the value before our first conversation. That changed the quality of the room.
Elena Martins · VP Growth, Slatebridge
Bigweb did not make the site louder. They made the decision easier, and customers noticed the difference immediately.

The website now does the important filtering before we spend an hour in a room. It feels like a more accurate expression of the firm.

We have traffic. Why aren't we getting sales?

A common growth-team question

More traffic cannot repair a broken chain between message, trust, interaction, qualification, and measurement.

Messagecomprehension leak

Buyers cannot explain the offer.

Traffic arrives, but the value, audience, or next step takes too long to understand.

Trustevidence leak

Claims arrive before proof.

The website asks for belief without supplying context, credible evidence, or clear risk reduction.

Flowinteraction leak

Mobile friction interrupts decisions.

Slow responses, cramped controls, and unclear journeys make high-intent actions harder than they need to be.

Measurelearning leak

Reporting stops at traffic.

Without a useful baseline and event model, the team cannot connect changes to qualification, pipeline, or revenue.

Serious outcomes.
Playful brains.

People do not remember a framework because it had six tasteful grey boxes. They remember the moment the problem finally clicked. So we prototype with words, sketches, strange questions, rough diagrams, and—when useful—excellent snacks.

The paradigm shift

Anyone can make it
look nice. We make it
make money.

We treat your website as the hardest-working member of your sales team. Every element either builds trust, removes friction, or moves someone closer to buying — or it doesn't ship.

You don't need a rebrand. You need a website that closes.

The method

A loop, not a waterfall.

Six stages, each with a named artifact, your exact involvement, and a decision gate that must pass before the next begins. Stage six feeds stage one — every win raises the baseline.

Diagnose

We examine your analytics, session recordings, and critical buyer journeys — and record a measurement baseline before anything changes.

Artifact
Opportunity map + baseline
Your part
One kickoff call, read-only access
Gate
Is there a measurable opportunity worth pursuing?

Prioritize

Every finding is ranked by revenue impact against effort. You see the reasoning, not just the ranking.

Artifact
Prioritised experiment brief
Your part
30-minute review — you choose the lane
Gate
Scope and success metric agreed in writing.

Design

Messaging and journey redesign for the pages that matter — wireframes first, then high fidelity, each decision tied back to the brief.

Artifact
Wireframes → high-fidelity design
Your part
Async reviews at both fidelities
Gate
Design approved against the experiment brief.

Build

Implementation with performance discipline, and event instrumentation shipped with the build — measurement is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Artifact
Staging build + event taxonomy
Your part
One staging walkthrough
Gate
QA passed; instrumentation verified live.

Validate

Launch, then measure against the recorded baseline. Where traffic allows, changes run as experiments rather than opinions.

Gate
Did the metric move? Keep, iterate, or revert.

Compound

Winners become the new baseline. The opportunity map is re-ranked with what we learned, and the next highest-value target enters the loop.

Artifact

Your part

Gate
Next target selected — the cycle repeats.
Compound feeds Diagnose — the cycle repeats, and every pass starts from a higher baseline.

What is a better conversion rate actually worth?

Enter your real numbers. The model runs on your inputs, shows three scenarios, and separates pipeline from booked and realized revenue — because they are not the same thing. No email required.

Realized revenue$838K$1.7M$3M

Based on your inputs, the modeled opportunity over 12 months is approximately $958K$3.4M in booked revenue. This estimate is illustrative and not a guarantee.

Assumptions — all editable above
  • Pipeline = added qualified leads × contract value. Opportunity value created, not money received.
  • Booked = pipeline × your qualified-to-won rate. Deals signed.
  • Realized = booked, less deals created too late in the horizon to have closed, assuming a 1.5-month average sales cycle.
  • Conservative is half your expected improvement; High is 1.8×. Change the expected figure and all three move.
  • Improvement applies to the session-to-lead rate only. Traffic, qualification, close rate and contract value are held constant.
  • No seasonality, compounding, or churn is modeled. Figures are rounded — no false precision.
Who we are

We stopped optimizing for applause and started optimizing for revenue.

BIGWEB exists because we got tired of watching businesses pour money into beautiful websites that generated nothing. Every discipline we use — engineering, UX, AI — is pointed at one outcome: your growth.

We're selective. We work with clients we can genuinely move the needle for, and we'll say so if you're not ready. When we engage, your revenue is our scoreboard.

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

The process should be clear before you share business information or commit to a call.

What begins when I request an audit?

A short qualification process. We review your website, goals, traffic context, and measurement maturity before recommending an audit, a focused sprint, a redesign, or no engagement at all.

Is the audit free or paid?

Revenue Leak Audit is a US$3,500 fixed-fee engagement. It covers one acquisition-to-action journey and up to five priority pages and is delivered within 10 business days. We confirm fit and required access before payment.

What do you need from us?

Initially, only enough context to understand the business problem. If deeper analysis makes sense, Bigweb will agree the minimum access needed. Measurement access should be read-only wherever possible.

How do you measure commercial impact?

The work begins with a baseline and a defined business metric. Changes are instrumented so results can be compared against that baseline, with attribution limits stated rather than hidden.

Can you work alongside our internal team?

Yes. Bigweb can provide a focused intervention or work with your existing marketing, design, engineering, and sales teams. The right operating model is agreed during qualification.

Which platforms do you work with?

The diagnostic approach is platform-agnostic. For implementation work, share your stack during qualification and Bigweb will confirm fit before scoping the engagement.

When is conversion work worth it?

Usually when there is a proven offer, meaningful traffic, and enough conversion volume to measure change. Earlier-stage businesses may need positioning or acquisition work first; Bigweb will say so when that is the better answer.

What if we do not need a redesign?

Then a redesign should not be sold. The right answer may be a messaging fix, a focused journey sprint, better measurement, or no website engagement at all.

We don't justbuild websites. We build machines that sell.

A focused first step

Let's find the revenue your website is leaving behind.

A fixed-scope audit that identifies the commercial friction worth fixing before you commission a larger build.
